Ruach Dress is based upon Hebrew word for Wing.  Inspired by Traditional Filipino attire; the Barong Tagalog with Terno sleeves paired with a ball gown skirt. 
 
Two unique and stand alone luxury garments. Made with luxurious and sheer Ivory Polyester Organza adorned with hand beaded lace sequins and Applique.  Butterfly applique fluttering throughout design.
